1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using SEOBOOSTER (the "Service"), operated at theseobooster.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
SEOBOOSTER is an AI-powered SEO growth platform that automates content creation, backlink discovery, mind-map planning, analytics, and social distribution to help site owners increase organic search visibility.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe or PayPal. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time from your billing page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
5. Free Trial
New accounts may be offered a limited-time free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial. Unless cancelled before the trial ends, your plan will convert to a paid subscription at the then-current price.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) use the Service for unlawful purposes, (b) generate spam, malware, or misleading content, (c) attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the Service, or (d) violate the intellectual-property or privacy rights of others.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SEOBOOSTER a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host and process that content solely to provide the Service.
8. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and materials provided by SEOBOOSTER are the property of SEOBOOSTER or its licensors and are protected by applicable IP laws.
9. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party providers (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Google, hosting infrastructure). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. SEO results depend on many factors outside our control and are not guaranteed.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SEOBOOSTER shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time.
13. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the European Union and the country of the Service operator, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Consumers retain the mandatory protections of their country of residence.
